Andrew's assignments

Andrew is an angel, with a sweet and sensitive character. His assignment is to bring peace and serenity. He carries out his job with a lot of humility. In 1865, the supervising angel Sam, tells him that he has a new assignment. Andrew becomes the angel that takes people to the afterlife. This assignment requires love, understanding and a special delicacy of feeling. Gifts which describe perfectly Andrew’s soul. For him it is an honour to be an angel of death. The one he protects first is Abraham Lincoln.

In difficult moments, when everything seems lost, Andrew suddenly arrives. With his words, smile and light, he brings back hope. He takes your hand telling you “dont’give up, fight for life”. The fear and the darkness disappear and the will to live comes back.

Andrew is always ready to listen to you, and when the words aren’t enough, he hugs you, makes you feel loved and not alone.

When you can’t see him, He tries to talk to your heart and spirit.

In the saddest moments, when dreams and hopes are dying, you can commit desperate acts. Andrew cries, he can’t intervene, but sometimes, small and big miracles come true.

When the car of the supervising angel Tess breaks down, Andrew acts as a mechanic. He causes Tess anger, because he makes a mess, but at the end he always succeeds in resolving the trouble brilliantly.

Andrew is very sensitive and proud. Sometimes it happens that he doesn’t follow Tess’orders, beliving it better to act in this way. But he always changes his mind and he humbly apologises.

Tess loves Andrew very much. She often loves calling him “Angel boy”. When Andrew is sad in seeing a lot of pain in the world, Tess comforts him, cheering him up with her wise words.

Andrew is mischievous too, sometimes with love, he makes fun of the angel Monica.

When for an assignment, Monica and Tess have to furnish a house or choose a style for the creation of a building, they have completely different opinions. So they ask Andrew to decide. He doesn’t want to hurt their feelings, so he can’t express his real opinion.

Andrew is happy, when his message of love arrives in the human heart.
